All efforts will be made to respect the privacy of senders. 

Messages directed to Teresa Chambers may be eventually included in a compendium of email support messages to be released to the Department of Interior, the White House, or Congress.  In such case, ALL REFERENCES to individual names, addresses, and identifying information will be removed from email headers and from the body of the message.  There will be no information included that would give any  indication of the sender's identity or location.
