Mail delivery service is severely delayed to Capitol Hill. Due to extensive screening measures in the wake of the anthrax attacks, mail is screened and there is an excessive amount of back-up. The most effective way to deliver your message is to send an email, fax, and a hard copy letter. Yes, it will take a while for the letter to get there, but that ensures that a groundswell of support for Chief Chambers will not diminish over time. There is a great website online that will format a letter for you with correct addresses, etc. You just have to cut and paste your text in, and then it will email it for free for you, or you can print out a hard copy of your letter to mail or fax.
